Generation mode
Some days you want a gentle, restorative swim; other days you're ready to be surprised. Generation mode dials in that mood — from the calm, supportive Simple coach all the way to the wonderfully unpredictable Bonkers one. Explore the five modes →

Training goals
Tell TraPlaGo what you're chasing. Pick a big-picture personal goal — lose weight, build endurance, get faster — or a focused per-workout goal like aerobic endurance or sprint power, and the plan leans in that direction.

Total distance
How much time do you have in the water today? Slide anywhere from a quick 500 m to a full 10 km, and TraPlaGo fits the warm-up, main set and cool-down to match.

Focus distance
Training for a specific event? Point the plan at your target race distance — from a snappy 25 m to a grinding 1500 m — and your sets line up behind it. More on focus distance →

Pool length
A set that's perfect in a 25 m pool feels different in a 50 m one. Tell TraPlaGo your course — 50 m (LCM), 25 m (SCM) or 25 yd (SCY) — so distances and turns match the water you actually swim in.

Strokes & disciplines
